Not all properties that we have access to are listed on this web site. Often times a property owner will ask us to "keep them in mind" if we have a client that is looking for their type of property. It is not officially listed for sale but if a buyer should come along that wants their type of property, they would entertain selling it. We have many sellers that fall into this category and have a large inventory of buying options.

Often times a buyer will provide us with the criteria, size, location, intended use and investment strategy they are seeking. In these situations we will check our inventory and personal contacts for the property that specifically meets the buyer's needs. Owners are very concerned about large numbers of potential buyers coming through their property. Such activities tends to alarm the staff about their job future, may interfere with guests staying at the villa and take the owner or manager's time. However, as you can well appreciate, owners do not want to waste time in showing their property to those who cannot qualify or are simply curious to see what the villa looks like. In order to make the best use of your time and the owner's time we ask that you, the potential buyer, be serious about your intent. After answering as many of your initial questions as possible and are ready to proceed further, we respectfully request that you be prepared to provide verifiable Proof of Funds along with a Letter of Intent.
